Dear Client:
On occasion we clean natural stone, like travertine, marble and other natural stones. These stones are considered "soft" and can be scratched through normal wear and tear, including sand and dirt particles embedded into the soles of your shoes, toys, furniture dragging etc. During the cleaning process we utilize four components working in harmony, emulsifier, pressure, heat and vacuum to surgically remove the soil from the stone surface and the grout joints.
During this cleaning process it is not un-common to remove the soil to expose the surface scratches that were there prior to cleaning.
As professionals here at Bluegrass Floor Restore we are very cautious when cleaning to advise our clients of potential cosmetic deficiency and we are by no means responsible for the scratches or cosmetic deficiency prior to our cleaning. By signing the form below, you acknowledge this potential condition and agree to a demonstration or cleaning at this time, it is our request that you be present for the initial inspection or cleaning demonstration.
Our company (Bluegrass Floor Restore) will NOT perform services on green marble, whether homogenous or veined, nor will our company perform service on marble with any varying degree of green or shades of green due to green marble moisture sensitivity.
